From the olden Greek streets to your local hallways, you'll see people rocking the Toga look. High School seniors of Bucksport High got into their "school spirit" this past Tuesday, and rocked a bed sheet as their main attire. Whether it was newly purchased for the occasion or ripped off the bed that morning, you couldn't miss them if they were walking down the hall.
Why togas? You may be thinking at this point...Isn't this fashion statement a few hundred, thousand, even million centuries over by now?! Well, thanks to March Madness, the majority of the senior class was rocking this ancient fashion statement. March Madness is similar to the fall shindig at Bucksport High, homecoming week. Each event lasts a week, and encourage the students to dress in goofy costumes every day. Homecoming week consisted of a "hick" day, which didn't require many students to dress any differently than a usual day for them. "Nerd" day, lots of fake glasses were purchased at iParty that previous weekend. "Theme" day, each grade having a different theme, Seniors having "Halloween".
"Gender-bender" day, switching up the norms and putting a guy in a dress and some baggy pants on a girl. And lastly, purple and gold day, celebrating the good ole' Buck pride of course. This time around, during March Madness, a "Pajama" day kicked off the week, making it that much easier to deal with a Monday. "Party" day, each grade having a different party. Freshman having St. Patrick's Day, sophomores having Mardi Gras, juniors having high lighter and seniors having the previously mentioned togas. Following up party day was Summer day, in the middle of the winter, and then color day after that. Each grade rocked a different color on color day, Seniors having the infamous black. And to end the week of festivities, the Buck pride is shown again through our purple and gold themed day. From Togas, to colors, to sporting the good ole' "Buck" pride, you'll be seeing an unfamiliar sight if you chose to visit Bucksport High this week folks.

Weekend of Champions
This weekend was one to be put in the books. It consisted of a few of my favorite things. A). Kevin B). Relaxing C). Playing Black Ops 2 with Kevin and D). Pizza. What more could a girl ask for, really?
Well, since previously mentioned, Kevin and I played some serious black ops this weekend, and I can proudly say, I'm finally 'getting on his level' if you know what I mean. Also this weekend, Kevin and I purchased the infamous Black Ops 2 revolution. An expansion to the normal black ops 2 game. It included 4 new maps, 2 new zombie games, and a new gun, the Peace Keeper. Ironic, huh? Well, this gun has actually become one of my favorites. It packs quite a punch, and most definantly gets the job done. Along with playing the usual multi-player, we engaged in some playing of the new zombie map, although I hate to admit isn't as fun because it scares me so much, but I'm begining to enjoy it a bit more.
Along with playing a ton of black ops, Kevin and I also made a dent in our complete series of The King of Queens. We finished season four, and started in on season 5. That show just keeps getting better.
And to finish the weekend off the right way, my parents did some serious grocery shopping, since Kevin and I mostly munched on Pizza all weekend a change of senery was quite satisfying for our tummies. We boiled some shaped mac N cheese and made a night of it.

Top Ten Least Favorites
Least Favorite T.V. Shows
Walker Texas Ranger
When I was younger we only had one T.V. in the house that got satellite, that was the T.V. in the living room and my Dad would ALWAYS put on Walker Texas Ranger, with Chuck Norris. I never liked that show, and to this day, I still despise it.
Soap Operas, in general
Something about the quality of the these shows, the way they look, and obviously the terrible acting and ridiculous situations they get themselves into just doesn't seem to entertain me. The way they look really bothers me for some reason I can't put my finger on.
Married with Children
I used to watch this show when I was a bit younger. For a little over a year now, whenever the show comes on TV, I need to change the channel before that retched theme song begins. If I hear the song, it tears me apart a little bit.
Hoarders
Although this show was a bit of a guilty pleasure when it first came out, I feel sick whenever I watch it. The clutter makes me feel claustrophobic, the bugs everywhere makes me sick to my stomach, and I can't help but feel terrible for every person I see on that show, so the best thing to do, is just simply avoid it.
Ghost Hunters
Although some people may disagree, Ghost Hunters is one of the worst paranormal shows I have ever seen. I started out watching Ghost Adventurers with Kevin, and when we tried to watch Ghost Hunters, they just did not get the job done, literally. It may be the "original" paranormal show, whereas Ghost Adventurers seems to be the "rip off", but I just feel as though when it comes to quality, it is the other way around.
Reba
Well, the name says it all. How could you like a show called Reba. For some reason this show seems to be on whenever I turn on the TV, and it's another one of those shows that when I hear the theme song, I can't handle it...not only can I not stand country music, just the fact that it's Reba, makes it 1000 times worse
The 700 Hundred Club
If I'm ever watching ABC Family and 11 o'clock at night--or the morning--roles around I know it's time to stay as far away from that channel as possible. It's bland, painful, and just plain and simple, I hate it.
Buckwild
I know this is probably the "dream show" for some Maine teenagers, but for me, it's just a complete waste of time. I feel like it's a replacement for the "Jersey Shore" now that it's no longer airing, but it's just altogether stupid waste of an hour.
The Big Bang Theory
I know, once again MANY people love this show. I've tried to get into it, but I just simply can't. People are always raving about it, and I just can't agree. It's just boring and flat out stupid in my opinion.
Bunheads
Now, I've barley ever watched this show, but when I tried, I just couldn't get over the awful acting. It seems way too acted, if that is such a thing. It seems as though some new TV shows that are coming out are just filled with people that simply have no idea what their doing, and this is one of them.
